I
have a confession to make: I don't do well with lipsticks. I don't feel
comfortable with them. For years, I used only one lipstick just because
it was the only one I felt comfortable with.
But
I've decided to get out of my comfort zone and try some new lipsticks. I
bought some bold colours from the drugstore and I started
experimenting...
Rimmel: Under my spell (800)
This
season, the ultimate beauty trend is the berry color lipstick. Its a
bold choice and you have to be careful with the rest of your make up but
the texture is great, the color makes a statement and it last a few
hours.
MUA: Bare 14
I
call this the "easy lipstick". You can wear it day and night and you
can match it with almost everything. Unfortunately it doesn't last long
but if you have it always in your bag and refresh it from time to time,
your problem is solved!
L'Oreal: Velvet Robe (300)
Every
respectable lipstick collection has to include a dark colour lipstick.
This specific one is really nice. The texture is amazing and it's really
easy to apply.
Clinique: Nude Pop
This
is my new favourite lipstick. I was never into the nude colour but this
lipstick is so fabulous that I can't get enough. It's very easy to
apply and the colour, even though its nude, it doesn't make me look like
I'm dead. Definitely a must have!
Erre Due: Full Colour (8)
My
friend Athina swears by the red lipstick. Me, on the other hand, I'm
terrified of the red lipstick. This one is not bad but I'm still not
convinced. I still haven't found the perfect red that suits me.
My affair with lipsticks starts to get better and better...
